Program Management

Every client works with a dedicated program manager uniquely selected to assess and manage their interior completion program. He or she is the client’s main point of contact, providing visibility throughout the program and ensuring the completion occurs on schedule and in accordance with all requirements.

Design

Greenpoint’s award-winning Design Team creates interior concepts reflecting the client’s individual lifestyle and aircraft mission requirements. Greenpoint Design oversees the completion process from concept through delivery to ensure the finished interior meets the client’s expectations for design intent, aesthetic quality, and cabin flow. Greenpoint Design can lead the interior design effort or assist a third-party design firm.

Greenpoint continues to imagine and conceptually design interiors with emerging and advanced technology, pursuing exploration and innovation.

Requirements Definition

The interior specification is a technical description of the cabin layout and configuration of interior systems, features, and components. Early in the program there are multiple design reviews to clarify requirements and set clear expectations for deliverables.

Engineering

Greenpoint’s Engineering Team provides extensive expertise with a history of innovative completions with newer airframes. The team was the first to engineer V-VIP interior completions of the BBJ3, 747-8, 787-8, and 787-9, and deliver patented products such as the 747-8 Aeroloft®. Every program utilizes the latest technologies in communication, inflight entertainment, security, cabin ergonomics, and passenger comfort. In-house FAA Designated Engineering Representatives (DER) manage the certification process, ensuring both operational and passenger certification and safety requirements are met.

Manufacturing

Clients benefit from cabinetry built in-house, engineered to be maintenance free, aesthetically beautiful, and customized to fit the interior. State-of-the-art technology ensures durable and lightweight fabrication. In-house artisans manufacture, finish, and install the interiors to perfection. Greenpoint’s cabinetry facility also manufactures cabinetry for other completion centers and select OEMs.

Aircraft Modification

The design, engineering, and manufacturing of many interior parts and assemblies come together at Greenpoint’s installation facility, where master craftsman install and complete the interior for certification and delivery. Greenpoint’s EASA and FAA Part 145 modification facility provides comprehensive VIP and Head of State interior completions, AOG and warranty support including maintenance, repair, and overhaul throughout the aircraft’s life.

Redelivery

The final stage before “turning over the keys” includes functional and flight testing, supplemental type certification (STC) award, and the final customer walk-through.

“During the completion, our team is evaluated on how well we execute to plan and react to challenges that arise. Our successful on-time and early deliveries are made possible by the team and our ability to swiftly remove obstacles.”
