Greenpoint Technologies Delivers VVIP BBJ 787-9 Interior Completion, Reinforcing Role as a Secure End-to-End Prime Integrator for VVIP and Head-of-State Aircraft

Moses Lake, Wash.

Greenpoint Technologies, a Safran company and global leader in aircraft completions and modifications, announced the delivery of another VVIP BBJ 787-9 interior completion to an undisclosed client. The redelivery reinforces Greenpoint’s leadership on the Boeing 787 platform and underscores the company’s role as a trusted prime integrator for complex VVIP and Head-of-State aircraft programs.

Greenpoint delivers aircraft through a disciplined execution model combining interior design, engineering, manufacturing, mission integration, certification, program management, and entry-into-service support within a single accountable program structure. This vertically integrated approach provides risk reduction, schedule certainty, configuration control, and direct program accountability throughout the aircraft lifecycle.

The delivered BBJ 787-9 features multiple distinct living zones with elevated, custom-coved ceilings, enhanced acoustic engineering, and integrated inflight entertainment (IFE) and communication systems. Interior monuments and assemblies were engineered and manufactured in-house to integrate seamlessly with aircraft systems architecture and certification requirements, ensuring precision, quality control, and schedule reliability.

The aircraft also incorporates Greenpoint’s proprietary AeroSuite, a fully enclosed first-class suite designed for maximum comfort, privacy, and operational flexibility. Designed, engineered, and built by Greenpoint, the AeroSuite includes a lie-flat bed, a separate reclining seat with sliding table and storage ottoman, an oversized monitor, and a full-height wardrobe within a dedicated private space. The AeroSuite supports customized finishes, integrated accent lighting, and tailored IFE and connectivity solutions aligned with owner preferences.

“We are honored to deliver this extraordinary aircraft to our client,” said Klaus Koester, CEO of Greenpoint Technologies. “Each completion strengthens our technical depth and reinforces the trust our private and government clients place in our Greenpoint team. The 787 is a highly sophisticated platform, and our team executes these programs with technical precision, operational discipline, and uncompromising accountability.”

Greenpoint serves as a single-source partner for complex aircraft completion and modification programs worldwide, supporting VVIP, Head-of-State, and military clients across the Boeing commercial fleet, including both widebody and narrowbody platforms. As demand for secure, high-complexity aircraft modification programs grows, the company continues to expand its capabilities to support these mission-critical programs.
