Greenpoint Technologies Contracts New BBJ and Passes AS9100 Audit 100% Compliant

Greenpoint contracted a head‐of‐state BBJ first quarter 2010 and are in discussions for a private BBJ. In addition, they are speaking with a 747‐8 head‐of‐state client. Contracting for this program should occur mid 2010. This client desires to minimize the aircraft completion downtime while integrating Greenpoint’s unique 747‐8 products; the Aeroloft™ and Aerolift.

Exceeding industry standards, Greenpoint completed its AS9100 recertification audit on April 22, 2010 with 100% compliance. “Greenpoint passed with 100 out of 100 points. Average points of other certified companies are in the 80s,” states Rosa Kendall, Greenpoint’s Manager of Business Management Systems.

The Auditors findings resulted in acknowledging eight (8) of the company’s exceptional strengths. For example, Greenpoint was specifically recognized for robust communication, both internally and with its customers, managing risk, planning, and the recovery system for Greenpoint’s extensive Information Technologies (IT) system. The strengths mentioned in the audit report include; Management Review Meetings, Communication Systems, Training, IT, as well as all department processes and procedures. In addition, compliments were given for the Lab Equipment Calibration Management, Internal Auditing and Customer Satisfaction process which the auditor noted, “The industry struggles with the collection of customer feedback. Greenpoint should patent their tools.”

The independent auditor, Mr. Warren Mitchell states, “These are the best results I’ve ever seen, the company is disciplined, has detailed processes and is well resourced.”

Presently working on multiple BBJ completion programs, Greenpoint maintains on‐time deliveries positioning themselves for future business jet and 747‐8 modifications. A previous client stated, “Every moment you know where you are, there are no illusions, and you know the next step. Our program is ahead of schedule by a few months ‐ ‐ unique in this industry.”
