Greenpoint Technologies Supports Local Homeowner on National Rebuilding Day

Greenpoint Technologies, a Zodiac Aerospace Company, renovates a local home in support of Spring Rebuilding Day (National Rebuilding Day).

2015 marks Greenpoint’s eighth year as a Rebuilding Together Seattle sponsor. More than 50 Greenpoint employees and their families volunteered to aid a local family battling multiple health issues. Greenpoint volunteers spent the day making the home more accessible by building an access ramp to the house, updating the bathroom and installing a shower with safety accessories.

“Rebuilding Together is an event we look forward to every year. It is a great opportunity to make a difference in our community and live our corporate values of fun, teamwork, creativity and community service. It is truly rewarding to see the impact we make in a day’s work to improve someone’s home and wellbeing,” affirms CEO Scott Goodey.

Rebuilding Together Seattle is a charitable organization that repairs homes at no cost to homeowners struggling with limited income; particularly the elderly, disabled, families with children and veterans. The organization is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary of service.
