Greenpoint’s 747-8 Aeroloft™ passes structural strength and durability testing.

The Aeroloft™ product for the 747-8 VIP aircraft is the new and innovative solution for additional private rest area above the main deck. The critical certification test established its robust design, engineering and manufacturing accommodates the load borne during flight. “Achieving this milestone is significant in obtaining EASA certification. The program remains on schedule with deliveries beginning fourth quarter 2011,” affirms Bruce Kay, VP of Engineering.
