Greenpoint’s Team Takes on Kaizen Attitude

Greenpoint Technologies partners with Aviation Technical Services (ATS) for kaizen event.

Earlier this month members of Greenpoint and ATS collaborated on efficiency improvements for Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) modifications. Greenpoint enlisted services from the preeminent consulting firm Shingijutsu USA to help train members on kaizen philosophy and facilitate the event. “The event was a great success,” stated Adrian Osborn, Greenpoint’s VP of Programs, “the week not only provided improvements to our process but has codified the partnership
between ATS and Greenpoint – we are one entity working together to deliver high quality interior products to our customers.”
