Greenpoint Technologies Is Exhibiting at Ebace in Geneva, May 4th, 5th and 6th

Greenpoint is developing concepts for a patent‐pending, ground‐to‐main deck lift (elevator) for the 747‐8 VIP aircraft, called “Aerolift.” The lift is capable of transporting passengers from the ground to the main deck, providing an elegant and secure method to board and exit the aircraft. A full‐size mockup of the Aerolift will be displayed at Greenpoint’s booth (#455) at the European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva Switzerland, May 4th, 5th and 6th.

Greenpoint also provides the 747‐8 “Aeroloft™,” which may be installed simultaneously with the Aerolift, prior to aircraft input to the completion center. The Aeroloft™ consists of sleeping berths and lounge modules located above the main deck in the aft section of the aircraft between doors four and five. The Aeroloft™ includes custom designed interior furnishings with a staircase. “This program has turned out to be a very popular option amongst the 747‐8 VIP customers,” states Sloan Benson, Greenpoint’s Executive Vice President.

In addition to the full‐size Aerolift mockup, a cut‐away 1/40th scale Boeing 747‐8 model with the Aerolift and Aeroloft™ will also be on display.
