Greenpoint Technologies Qualified Supplier-Partner Growth

Greenpoint Technologies’ investment in supplier health continues to benefit clients by delivering their programs on-time or early.

Greenpoint’s Supplier Management embraces the wellbeing of partner-suppliers as a vital element in best practices and risk mitigation, translating to overall program success. Dale Linder, Greenpoint’s Senior Director of Supply Chain Management states, “Our objective as a company is to use solely ‘approved’ suppliers, and to seek out and grow our supplier base. We review supplier performance metrics monthly, and throughout the third quarter of 2010, ten (10) vendors were added to the approved supplier list.”

In the past year, Greenpoint’s supplier list has increased by forty-one percent (41%), noting ninety-two percent (92%) of suppliers meet or exceed qualifications to be AS9100, ISO9001:2000 or Part 145 Repair Station compliant and have a performance rating above eighty percent (80%), a critical element in delivering on time. Greenpoint has delivered BBJ completion programs early since October 2008 proving the benefit of excellent partner-supplier relationships.
