Greenpoint Technologies Acquires Hangar Facility

Greenpoint Technologies, a premier VIP completions center for Boeing Business Jets (BBJ), acquires an equity position in the new ownership of Aviation Technical Services (ATS), the largest and most tenured provider of maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) services on the U.S. West Coast.

Greenpoint and ATS have worked together for over 15 years on VIP and Head‐of‐State programs. Acquiring an equity position in the new ownership ensures Greenpoint the hangar capacity and installation labor required to meet current and future completion needs.
