Greenpoint Honors Teamwork

Greenpoint Technologies and Greenpoint Aerospace, Zodiac Aerospace Companies, celebrate an annual Teamwork Award by recognizing the following 2016 recipients; Greenpoint Technologies overall winner, Ashley Moulton, Washington state winner, Randy Wilcox and Texas state winner, Stuart Moorhead. Greenpoint Aerospace’s recipient in Texas is Joe Holmberg.
Greenpoint believes teamwork is necessary to accomplish and deliver highly complex programs on-time. Greenpoint’s Annual Teamwork Award provides an opportunity for employees to nominate and recognize team members who consistently epitomize this value.

Ashley Moulton, Designer, played an integral role in delivering the company’s first 787-8 earlier this year. A colleague acknowledges, “Ashley displays superb internal camaraderie and maintains an excellent working relationship with everyone she interacts with. She is diligent, works effectively with all cross-functional team members and is committed to achieving excellence for the success of Greenpoint.”

Randy Wilcox, Senior Project Engineer, spends much of his time at the Moses Lake facility overseeing the interior integration process. A coworker describes, “Randy puts the success of the team above his own interests. He goes above and beyond his role and responsibilities and consistently models the way by exhibiting a calm demeanor even under stressful conditions.”
Stuart Moorhead, Director of Manufacturing Program Management, is based at the Denton cabinetry facility. A team member conveys, “Stu is focused on working collaboratively with both Texas and Washington teams. He is committed to finding new solutions and takes time to understand all requirements to assure expectations are met on time.”

Joe Holmberg, A&P Technician II, works at Greenpoint’s maintenance, repair and overhaul facility in Denton, Texas. A fellow peer expresses, “Joe supports customers efficiently and effectively while consistently maintaining a positive attitude. His strong work ethic focuses on delivering on his promises, overcoming obstacles and motivating his team. Joe is a true inspiration.”

The award winners receive a bonus check, a desk trophy and their name added to the Teamwork plaque in Greenpoint’s lobby.
