Greenpoint Technologies Supports the Community

Greenpoint Technologies, a Zodiac Aerospace Company, restored a community member’s home on Spring Rebuilding day, Saturday, 30 April.

This is Greenpoint’s ninth consecutive year sponsoring Rebuilding Together Seattle, a nonprofit organization that provides free home repairs for low income homeowners. Over 60 Greenpoint employees volunteered their Saturday to renovate a local home for a single mother and her three children. Greenpoint volunteers spent the day installing new doors and windows, removing carpet, repairing walls, painting the exterior of the house and taking on major landscaping projects.

“We look forward to Spring Rebuilding Day each year. It is always uplifting to see employees demonstrate our corporate values of Community Service and Fun, and to witness the teamwork that inevitably occurs. This year’s project was very rewarding and the impact of its success will alleviate strain for the homeowner, ensuring a healthy, safe home for the entire family,” explains Greenpoint CEO Scott Goodey.
