Greenpoint Technologies Acquires Precision Manufacturing Facility

Greenpoint Technologies acquires T.R. Reed Enterprises, a Denton, Texas precision machining facility specializing in corporate aircraft interiors.

“The purchase of T.R. Enterprises provides Greenpoint with additional capacity for our internal cabinet and Aerostructures facility as well as our core VIP completion projects,” reports Sloan Benson, Greenpoint Executive Vice President. T.R. Enterprises was established in 1997 and serves the aviation market including corporate aircraft completion centers, repair stations and OEM suppliers. The company is AS9100 and ISO 9001 certified for aerospace and commercial precision machining.
