Greenpoint Aerospace Acquires Jet Works Air Center

Greenpoint Aerospace, Inc., a division of Greenpoint Technologies, acquires Jet Works Air Center (JWAC), a corporate and VIP MRO Company in Denton, TX.

Greenpoint Aerospace purchases JWAC’s assets and plans to perform interior refurbishments, VIP completions, maintenance, aircraft painting, and avionics repair and installation. The facility has over 100,000 square feet of hangar and office space at the Denton Municipal Airport and employs 80 technicians and support staff. The location is within minutes of sister company, Odyssey Aerospace Components, which specializes in design engineering, manufacturing, and quality fit and
finish of VIP cabinetry for business jets worldwide.
