Greenpoint Sister Companies Merge with Greenpoint Technologies

Greenpoint Technologies, a premier VIP completions center for Boeing Business Jets (BBJ), merges with sister companies, Odyssey Aerospace and Greenpoint Products and Services, to form an expanded Greenpoint Technologies.

The Greenpoint Technologies Corporation unites the cabinetry and machining facilities in Denton, Texas, with the manufacturing and testing facility in Marysville, Washington, to the corporate headquarters in Kirkland, Washington. The different facilities employ nearly 400 employees with over 130,000 square feet of office, manufacturing and production space. The company locations remain the same.

Greenpoint Aerospace, a business jet maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility in Denton, Texas, continues to operate as its own company servicing private, corporate and military aircraft.
